Individual sessions typically last between 45 and 60 minutes.
The idea behind my individual therapy is to provide you with a safe environment, during which you can come to a better understanding and there for can better understand different aspects of your life. My aim is to increase your own sense of worth in your life. I will show you that you know how to construct new and healthier relationships than those you may have had in the past.
I can serve as a listening ear, help identify underlying causes of symptoms, and provide specific strategies or techniques for changing unwanted thoughts, behaviors, or emotions. From our sessions you will gather tools to manage symptoms, alleviate stress, and face challenges in your life. The frequency and duration of our sessions will depend largely on your needs, treatment goals, and progress.
